Bill Simmons

After a 24-year hiatus from running, Bill Simmons found himself overweight and struggling with migraines, depression and anxiety. So, in 2014, he decided to run a half marathon and finished last. He kept on running – gained speed, lost 80 pounds and felt great. Bill loves to get out for a run with brand new runners and help them fall in love with the sport that saved his life.
